The property market here in Spain is not a buoyant has it has been in recent years and buyers are in a good position at present with falling prices and bargains to be had. As we are collaborators with Estate Agents and do not have the same overheads as them we have decided to return part of our commissions to the purchaser on completion of the sale. Sadly this does not apply to all of our featured properties as some agents that we collaborate with work on very small commissions while other operate at a higher rate. We do this to hopefully encourage potential purchasers to buy through us. 

On specified properties we will return 20% of our net commissions upon receipt of an invoice from the purchaser.
